Stem Cells, Knee Surgery
There are some pretty good docs in The Villages, Florida and many of them volunteer their time and speak to the many who have questions about maintaining and regaining their full mobility. We are so pleased to be able to share a few of the talks from 2018 here on The X10 Meta-Blog. What we may lack in pure HD quality on a few of these pieces is made up by the talent of each of these speakers. These are true leaders in their respective fields and we are so fortunate to have captured their presentations. So go get a pencil, some lined paper and a cup of coffee and dive right in. Videos (and one audio-only piece) of some impressive docs below.
DOCTOR KENNETH KRUMINS OF JEWETT ORTHOPEDIC delivers the goods in this inspired 80 minute talk about knee surgery and recovery. Kenneth A. Krumins, MD specializes in Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Knee Surgery, Sports Medicine, Minimally Invasive Knee Joint Replacement and Lower Extremity Trauma. He has been the head team physician for the University of Central Florida (UCF) Golden Knights since 2002 and Winter Park High school since 2010.
DR. ROBERT DEAN is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Since 1997, Dr. Dean has helped patients in clinical practice and has given numerous talks at various medical conferences. He has traveled around the world with the Starkey Hearing Foundation helping to give the gift of hearing. Treated post-travel illnesses at the Tropical Medical Clinic and collaborated on research in women with HIV in Mexico City. Dr. Dean recently brought his knowledge and
passion to the small screen as creator, writer and host of a new TV show titled Cures for Mankind. In this show, he explores the rainforest to find little-known and often dangerous plants and animals that are the source of many life-saving medications. His non-profit of the same name is dedicated to the preservation of Natures Treasure Trove.
