Equipment Warranty
Every product sold or rented by our company carries a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Total Knee Accelerated Recovery DME, LLC will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage, and we will honor all warranties under applicable law. We will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare-covered equipment that is under warranty. In addition, an owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where this manual is available.

Total Knee Accelerated Recovery DME, LLC offers a full exchange/return policy on the X10 Knee Machine during the full rental period. To return products, call customer service at (248) 550-0497 for instructions and details.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new, original condition with all the original documentation included. We reserve the right to refuse or deny
