Neuropathy and Knee Replacement, and a Quick Recovery
The Story of David Sheehan (click the Play button above to listen)
David was worried about his knee surgery recovery. Having dealt with neuropathy for years range of motion was going to be a challenge. A bit about this condition here:
Peripheral neuropathy occurs when nerves are damaged or destroyed. Nerves then can’t send messages from the brain and spinal cord to the muscles, skin and other parts of the body. Peripheral nerves go from the brain and spinal cord to the arms, hands, legs, and feet. When damage occurs, numbness and pain in these areas may occur. – Source: The Foundation of Peripheral Neuropathy
