Coaching for Life After Knee Surgery
An Interview with Jen from Jenuine Coaching
Have you ever thought about positioning yourself differently either in your career or by starting a business, but something held you back from taking that first step?
Or do you feel burnt out and want to do something about it but something just keeps holding you back?
Jen’s goal is to help you become your own version of better.
A Holistic Life Coach
Jen is a holistic life coach who focuses on all aspects of your life that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. She uses her active listening skills and unique style of questioning (not interrogating) to help you reach that “A-HA!” moment. Then, you continue working on your action plan in piecemeal until you reach your main goal. Or, at the very least, we equip you with the resources to help you continue on your journey towards your goal!
In Jen’s Own Words
I’m an attorney and trained life coach dedicated to living my best life and helping you live yours.
Life is good, but it wasn’t always easy. In my third year of law school, my family and I were displaced by Superstorm Sandy. I fled my family’s ruined home with a few items of clothing and my school supplies. Thankfully I had time to grab the one thing that would help me shape my future as I lost my past: my interview suit. It was in that suit that I was able to stand out from 2,900 applicants to earn a position with a District Attorney’s Office in the New York metropolitan area.
I achieved great success in my time as a criminal prosecutor. Nevertheless, in my ensuing years in law, I decided to transition to private practice to develop a more optimal work/life balance. This is what has allowed me to focus on my other passion in life: assisting people with their personal growth.
I’ve immersed myself in life coaching because I love being able to help someone identify their goals and establish an action plan to achieve them. For me, there’s no better or more direct way to bring out someone’s inner strength and positivity to help them achieve confidence, empowerment, change, and growth. Through my coaching, I help people uncover their goals and help them take the steps to live them.
There’s no better feeling for me. In helping you live your daydream life, I’m living mine.
