Alisa’s Knee Replacement and Then Rapid Scar Tissue
An Interview with Alisa from Texas
Knee Replacement and Then Rapid Scar Tissue
In December of 2021, Alisa had a total knee replacement. At age 59 and as a female Alisa knew that she was in a tough category for recovery after this surgery. And that proved to be correct. No ability to bend past 90º about a month after the surgery. Alisa was stuck by January 2022. And, to boot, she was absolutely terrified to have an MUA (manipulation under anesthesia). The situation was getting serious. Knee Replacement and then Rapid Scar Tissue.

Tons of Research, An Article, the Support of Alisa’s Surgeon
It was an article on the Mayo Clinic’s website that led Alisa to the X10. Her surgeon was all in. Listen to Alisa’s interview on The Bee’s Knees Podcast to hear what her protocol was on the X10 and how it went with her TKA, after MUA (manipulation under anesthesia).
