Quadriceps Strengthening on X10

Quadriceps strengthening will not only build strength, but will build muscle memory. Muscle memory describes the phenomenon of muscle fibers regaining size and strength faster than initially gaining them. (source: Muscle For Life)

Most patients experience significant weakness following surgery which can be avoided by performing a pre-surgery quad strength exercise like this one.
