Purpose and Function
Squat, bend, go upstairs and downstairs and sit on low surfaces.
How to Run the Program
- Press “Dynamic Strength” button.
- Press “Start Ham Strengthening”.
- Place ankle between rollers, other foot planted on the stool.
- Pull the back of your ankle and calf against the bottom roller, trying to bend your knee under the chair.
- Press “Push to start timing”.
- Pause during pull, then rest and continue for the 30 sec
- Record highest “Best Score” shown.
