Range of Motion and Strength Before Surgery

Dr. Fred Slete’s first knee replacement surgery went fine. But the pain of recovery delayed him from going ahead with the other knee. Even though he was determined to make his second surgery a winner, he held back. A friend suggested that Fred look into The X10 for both pre-hab and rehab.
