Dr. Larry Freedman Used the X10™
In this episode of The Bee’s Knees podcast, we have Dr. Larry Freedman, a retired dentist who recently underwent a total knee replacement. Larry has been using the X10 machine and home care physical therapy to aid in his recovery. Before his surgery, Larry had knee issues for years and had previously undergone surgery on both knees. However, his knees became arthritic over time, forcing him to retire due to the pain.
THE LATEST KNEE REPLACEMENT RECOVERY TECHNOLOGY
Larry found the X10 machine beneficial in preparing for his surgery. It allowed him to practice and familiarize himself with the machine, which proved helpful once he came home from surgery. Initially, Larry felt good and was able to move around with his walker. However, as the anesthesia wore off, he started experiencing more pain.
The X10 machine played a crucial role in Larry’s recovery by providing discipline and accountability. It recorded his progress and helped him stay on track with his exercises. The visual representation of his progress gave him confidence in his ability to walk and recover. In addition, integrating the machine into his home care physical therapy sessions allowed his nurse and physical therapist to monitor his progress and set goals for him.
Larry expresses his overall satisfaction with the combination of the X10 machine and home care. He credits the expertise of his caregivers and the machine’s functionality in his successful recovery. Transitioning from a walker to a cane has been a positive experience for him, thanks in part to the head start the machine provided.
Larry concludes by expressing gratitude for the opportunity to share his experience with the X10 machine. Dr. Freedman offers himself as a reference for anyone with questions about its effectiveness. LEARN MORE.
