John joined the X10 team in early 2018. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in Exercise Science, John treated a variety of patients over the course of three years as a physical therapist technician in Grand Rapids, Michigan. John then attended Oakland University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Nursing (BSN) degree. John has worked as a nurse for several years, with experience in post-operative orthopedics and ICU.
This research demonstrates the critical role leg strength has not only in our day-to-day lives but in planning for happy healthy lives in years to come. These results show how important it is to build strength and take care of ourselves.
