I am a "people person" and was blessed with a 30 year professional career interacting with all sorts of people from all walks of life. After receiving my B.S. Degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, I worked with social service agencies providing foster care and protective services for five years and was later employed in federal law enforcement for 25 years. I retired from the federal government in November 2013 and occasionally provide consulting services to legal professionals and their clients. I currently reside with my husband in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Our two adult daughters, their spouses and our five beautiful grandchildren live in neighboring cities not far from us. Now that I am on the road to a healthy knee recovery thanks to the X10 machine and the X10 staff, I look forward to many years of wonderful vacations with my husband, being physically fit and being an active "Noni" (grandmother) with my grandkids.
I awoke one morning and literally could not walk or put pressure on my right leg. The pain was excruciating and constant. At that moment I knew I had reached the “bone on bone point of no return.”
